Verizon's next generation VoIP phone service for home. Innovative and enhanced feature that enable a more personalised and multi user experience. FiOS Voice is a VoIP service that offers phone service over a broadband Fiber Optic Internet connection. The list of following set of features is offered in FiOS Voice apart from Voicewing.
Calling(Device-ONT) Features
FiOS Voice provides star codes for all FVAM(FiOS Voice Account manager) features like DND,CID,Call Waiting,Voicemail retrieval,SR and so on. ONT(Optical Network Terminal) with built in battery and different class of users without VM,with VM,Walled garden(users dont have FiOS Internet). Implemented new features apart from high quallity voice are listed below.
FVAM(Internet) Features
New online application FVAM provides New features like find me/ follow me(Sequential ringing), call transfer,sending text message ,renewing voicemails,record and manage VM greetings through FVAM,call holding,call trace,virtual TN,billable ring tone ,distictive ring on VTNs,Call log deletion,Making the call log unread/read and so on.

As a team member, was responsible for Writing and Executing Test cases and Defect Tracking and Reporting Status in all phases of testing includes Unit testing,Integration testing,System testing, User Acceptance testing and Pre-Production testing.

VoiceWing is a Voice-over-Internet-Protocol (VoIP) service that offers phone service over a broadband Internet connection. Call Management is provided using the online application (personal Account manager) and it is improved and simplified and manages popular call features like Voice Mail, Call Logs, Call Forwarding and Caller ID. We can take VoiceWing with us whenever we are in travel. We can access our VoiceWing Personal Account Manager (which contains such information as call records and voicemails) from any computer that has access to the Internet. GUI based tool for Wireless card (in 802.11 Networks) detection and configuration. User can configure wireless card parameters like IP Address ,Frequency threshold.The tool provides support for both open and shared key security features. The tool also provides a graphical representation of data transfer performed by the device.
